Shipping Policy

Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 days (excluding public holidays). 

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times vary by location and selected method:

  • Standard Shipping: ~1-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: ~1–2 business days
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $60

Shipping durations above are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or local postal conditions.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. If your order qualifies for free shipping, this will be applied automatically at checkout.

International Shipping
For now, we’re keeping things close to home. As a small (but growing!) business, we currently ship exclusively within Canada while we build, learn, and dream a little bigger. Our hope is to one day share our products with customers around the world — this is just the beginning.

Tracking Orders
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can watch your order make its way home.

Return & Refund Policy

Our Approach to Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Once an item has shipped to a customer, it cannot be resold or reused, and accepting returns would result in unnecessary waste. As a small business, sustainability and mindful practices are important to us, and this policy helps us minimize environmental impact.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and reach out with any questions before placing an order. We are always happy to help you choose the right product.

Exceptions

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [5–7] days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. In these cases, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Final Sale

All purchases are considered final sale once shipped.
